How do I book the AMEX Platinum “Stay 3, Pay 2” Platinum Privileges offer at Mulia Bali?
Reservations must be made through the official Platinum Privileges for AMEX Cardholders page. When booking, please ensure the selected package name is “Platinum Privileges – Stay 3, Pay 2 (AMEX Platinum Only)”. Only reservations made under this specific package are eligible for the AMEX Platinum benefits.
Can I use a relative’s AMEX Platinum Card to make the reservation?
No. The reservation name must match the name on the valid AMEX Platinum Card and the guest’s identification. The same card must be presented at check-in for verification and used for payment during the stay. If these requirements are not met, the reservation may be adjusted to the prevailing public rate.
How many rooms can I book using an AMEX Platinum Card for this promotion?
There is no fixed limit on the number of reservations. However, if multiple rooms are booked under this promotion, all reservations must be made under the same AMEX Platinum Cardholder’s name, and the same card must be presented and used for payment during the stay.
What should I do if I accidentally booked the wrong package instead of the AMEX Platinum Privileges offer?
If the reservation was made under a different package, please contact our Reservation Team at reservation@themulia.com to check whether the booking can be modified. Please note that any changes will be subject to availability and the applicable rate at the time of modification.
