  • Offer is only valid from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026 (“Both dates inclusive”) at each city of choice. Each Eligible Card Member can enjoy this offer unlimited times throughout the Offer period, on all participating Mulia properties.
  • Booking and stay period must be between 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026 (“Both dates inclusive”).
  • Offer is only valid for reservations made based on the instructions stated on https://www.themulia.com/amex-premier-privileges. Any other form of reservations via other platforms will not be entitled for the redemption of the offer.
  • All reservations are subject to availability and blackout dates. Card Members preferred dates cannot be guaranteed.
  • Each Stay 3 Pay 2 package constitutes a separate booking block. Any early departure after check-in forfeits any remaining paid nights in that block.
  • Strictly no walk-in reservations; advance booking requirement: 7 days. All reservations are subjected to availability and must be booked via the methods listed above.
  • The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other services/products, transferred, and cannot used in conjunction with other promotion offers, discounts and vouchers.
  • The offer is only valid when it fulfils all four (4) criteria: reservation must be made with an eligible Platinum Card; presentation of a physical eligible Platinum Card upon check-in; the eligible Platinum Card is used for payment upon check-out; and the same Platinum Card is used across all touchpoints, from reservation and check-in verification to payment.

  • When is the AMEX Platinum Privileges promotion valid?

    The Platinum Privileges – Stay 3, Pay 2 offer at Mulia Bali is valid for selected room categories for stays until 31 December 2026, subject to availability and applicable terms and conditions.

  • Can AMEX Platinum Card Members receive complimentary nights at Mulia Hotels?

    Yes. With the Platinum Privileges – Stay 3, Pay 2 promotion, guests receive one complimentary night when booking a three-night stay at participating room categories at The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas - Nusa Dua, Bali and Hotel Mulia Senayan, Jakarta.

  • What AMEX Platinum hotel benefits are available at Mulia Bali?

    American Express Platinum Card Members can enjoy the Platinum Privileges – Stay 3, Pay 2 offer at The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas, Nusa Dua, Bali. The promotion includes one complimentary night when staying three consecutive nights, daily breakfast for two, and a USD 100 dining credit.

    *Additional privileges may apply depending on the selected suites or villa category at Mulia Bali.

  • How do I book the AMEX Platinum “Stay 3, Pay 2” offer at Mulia Bali?

    Reservations must be made through the official Platinum Privileges for AMEX Cardholders booking page. During the reservation process, ensure the selected package name is “Platinum Privileges – Stay 3, Pay 2 (AMEX Platinum Only)” to receive the associated benefits.

  • Is the AMEX Platinum promotion available on all booking platforms?

    No. The AMEX Platinum Privileges offer is available only for bookings made through the dedicated page on the official website. Reservations made under other packages or third-party platforms are not eligible for these benefits.

  • Can I use someone else’s AMEX Platinum Card to book this promotion?

    No. The reservation must be made under the same name as the AMEX Platinum Cardholder. The card must be presented at check-in for verification and used for payment during the stay.

  • What happens if I do not present my AMEX Platinum Card at check-in?

    A valid AMEX Platinum Card matching the reservation name must be presented upon arrival. If the card cannot be verified, the reservation may be adjusted to the prevailing public rate and the promotional benefits may not apply.

  • How many rooms can be booked under the AMEX Platinum promotion?

    Multiple rooms may be reserved, provided that all reservations are made under the same AMEX Platinum Cardholder’s name and the same card is presented and used for payment during the stay.

  • What should I do if I accidentally booked the wrong package?

    If the reservation was made under a different package, please contact our Reservation Team to check whether the booking can be modified. Any changes will be subject to availability and the applicable rate at the time of amendment.
