  • Offer is fulfilled by The Mulia Group (“Merchant”) and Merchant’s Terms and Conditions apply. The provision of services, activities, or benefits stated is the sole responsibility of the Merchant.
  • Offer is only valid from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026 (“Both dates inclusive”) at each city of choice. Each Eligible Card Member can enjoy this offer unlimited times throughout the Offer period, on all participating Mulia properties.
  • Booking and stay period must be between 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026 (“Both dates inclusive”).
  • Offer is only valid for reservations made based on the instructions stated on https://www.themulia.com/amex-premier-privileges. Any other form of reservations via other platforms will not be entitled for the redemption of the offer.
  • All reservations are subject to availability and blackout dates. Card Members preferred dates cannot be guaranteed.
  • Each Stay 3 Pay 2 package constitutes a separate booking block. Any early departure after check-in forfeits any remaining paid nights in that block.
  • Strictly no walk-in reservations; advance booking requirement: 7 days. All reservations are subjected to availability and must be booked via the methods listed above.
  • The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other services/products, transferred, and cannot used in conjunction with other promotion offers, discounts and vouchers.
  • The offer is only valid when it fulfils all four (4) criteria: reservation must be made with an eligible Platinum Card; presentation of a physical eligible Platinum Card upon check-in; the eligible Platinum Card is used for payment upon check-out; and the same Platinum Card is used across all touchpoints, from reservation and check-in verification to payment.
  • Merchant’s Terms and Conditions apply. American Express International Inc. in Singapore acts solely as a payment provider and is not responsible or liable in the event that such services, activities or benefits are not provided or fulfilled by the Merchant.
