  • What does half-board mean at a Bali resort?

    Half-board typically includes daily breakfast and one additional meal per day, usually lunch or dinner. At Mulia Bali, guests receive daily breakfast and a choice of lunch or dinner (food only) for two guests at selected restaurants, depending on the package terms.

  • Does half-board include drinks at Mulia Bali?

    No. The Half-Board package includes food only for the selected meals. Beverages are not included and will be charged separately based on consumption.

  • Can I dine at different restaurants during my Half-Board stay?

    Yes. Guests may dine at selected participating restaurants, depending on the meal period. Restaurant options may vary by day and are subject to availability and operating schedules. As dining venues may change without prior notice, we recommend reconfirming available restaurants with our team prior to arrival or upon check-in.

  • Are the Half-Board benefits available for children or additional guests?

    Half-Board inclusions apply to two guests per room and cover food only. Additional guests, including children, may dine at the restaurants with charges applied based on menu prices or buffet rates, payable directly at the restaurant.

  • Can I use the Half-Board benefits on my check-in or check-out day?

    Check-in time is 3:00 PM, therefore the Half-Board benefit typically begins with dinner on the arrival day. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Guests may request to enjoy the included lunch on the departure day after completing check-out. Please inform the Front Office team in advance to confirm arrangements.

    Complimentary dining benefits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Unused meals cannot be transferred or carried over to another day.
