The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas – Nusa Dua, Bali offers a special Indonesian Residents Rate for Indonesian citizens and KITAS holders residing in Indonesia. Guests can enjoy the Stay 3, Pay 2 Bonus Night Offer, which includes one complimentary night when booking three consecutive nights, along with daily breakfast for two. The package is available for selected room categories.
How can Indonesian citizens or KITAS holders book this special offer?
To receive the Indonesian Residents Rate, guests must book through the dedicated offer page and select the package “Bonus Night Offer – Exclusively for Indonesians & KITAS Holders.” Guests are required to present a valid Indonesian ID (KTP) or KITAS upon arrival for verification.
Can I book this offer if I am not an Indonesian citizen or KITAS holder?
No. The Bonus Night Offer – Exclusively for Indonesians & KITAS Holders is strictly reserved for Indonesian citizens and KITAS holders residing in Indonesia. Valid identification must be presented at check-in. If the required documents cannot be verified, the reservation may be adjusted to the prevailing public rate.
If my spouse is Indonesian but I am not, can we still book this promotion?
Yes. The reservation must be made under the name of a guest who is an Indonesian citizen or KITAS holder, aged 17 years or above, and who will present valid identification upon arrival. Other guests staying in the same room are not required to hold Indonesian residency status.
Can Indonesian resident rates be combined with other hotel promotions?
In most cases, resident promotions cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers. Reservations that are not booked under the Bonus Night Offer – Exclusively for Indonesians & KITAS Holders will follow the specific terms and benefits associated with that package.
