Yes. To use the live chat feature, you must first create a Mulia Hotels App account.

For the best in-stay experience, guests staying at the hotel must pair their account with their room after check-in. Once paired successfully, your room number will appear beneath your profile, confirming that your reservation has been linked.

If your room is not paired:
Your messages will be directed to our General Support Team.
Response times may be longer.

If your room is paired:
Your messages will be routed directly to our Concierge Team.
You will receive faster assistance for requests and enquiries during your stay.

Pairing your room enables a more personalised and efficient guest experience.

Getting started is simple:

(1) Download the Mulia Hotels App from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

(2) Create an account using the same email address used for your reservation (recommended).

(3) Complete your profile.

If you will be staying with us, complete Pre-Arrival Check-in and pair your room after arrival to unlock personalised in-stay services.

Pre-Arrival Check-in is available up to one day (24 hours) before your arrival. Please note that Pre-Arrival Check-in is no longer available once you are more than 24 hours after your scheduled arrival time.

(1) Open the My Stay tab.

(2) Select your hotel.

(3) Tap Pre-Check In.

(4) Enter either: the email address used for your reservation, or your 7-digit Mulia Hotels Booking Confirmation Number.

(5) Complete the required guest information and submit your check-in.

Please note:

Guests who booked directly through themulia.com or the Mulia Hotels Reservations Team may use either their reservation email address or their 7-digit booking confirmation number.

Guests who booked through a travel agent or online travel agency (OTA) must use their 7-digit Mulia Hotels Booking Confirmation Number. Third-party booking references are not supported.

If you do not know your Mulia Hotels Booking Confirmation Number, please contact us via Live Chat or email for assistance.

If you booked directly with Mulia Hotels and created your app account using the same email address as your reservation, your account will be paired automatically after check-in.

If you used a different email address or booked through a travel agent or OTA, you will need to pair your account manually.

To pair your account:
(1) Tap Pair to Room on the app home screen.

(2) Enter the Pairing Code provided by our Front Office team.

Once paired, you will have access to personalised in-stay services, including Concierge messaging, in-room requests, and other guest features.
