- 투숙 최소 7일 전 https://www.themulia.com/amex-premier-privileges 홈페이지에서 프로모션 기간 내 3박 연속 숙박 예약한 경우 혜택이 적용됩니다.
- 공식 홈페이지 외의 다른 채널을 통한 예약이나 현장 방문 예약의 경우, 본 혜택은 적용되지 않습니다.
- 예약 시 유효한 American Express Green, Gold 또는 The Platinum Card®(프로모션 적용 카드)를 예약한 경우에만 적용됩니다. 여기에는 삼성, 현대 또는 롯데를 통해 한국에서 발급된 카드가 포함됩니다.
- 체크인 및 체크아웃 시 프로모션 적용 카드를 제시해야 하며, 동일한 카드로 전체 숙박 요금을 전액 결제하여야 합니다. 프로모션 적용 카드로 결제 및 사용하지 않을 경우, 표준 요금이 부과됩니다.
- 투숙 기간은 2025년 7월 9일 ~ 2026년 12월 31일입니다.
- 호텔 상황에 따라 객실 예약에 제한이 있을 수 있으며, 사전 예약이 필요합니다. 선호하는 객실 타입이나 전망, 침대 타입은 사전에 선택할 수 없으며 호텔의 상황에 따라 제공됩니다.
- 해당 혜택은 No-show(예약 후 미이용) 또는 사전 예약 없이 투숙한 경우에는 적용되지 않습니다. 가장 정확하고 자세한 정보는 호텔 예약 팀에 직접 문의하시기 바랍니다.
- 본 프로모션은 The Mulia & Mulia Villas – Nusa Dua, Bali (이하 “머천트”)에서 단독으로 운영되며, 모든 예약 및 서비스는 해당 호텔의 약관을 따릅니다. American Express 및 브랜드의 카드 발급사가 아닌, 해당 호텔에서 프로모션을 운영하고 제공합니다.
- 본 혜택은 양도 불가하며, 현금으로 교환할 수 없으며, 다른 프로모션, 패키지, 협상 요금, 단체 예약, 멤버십 프로그램과는 중복 적용되지 않습니다.
- 가맹점 또는 American Express는 본 프로모션이 남용되거나 약관에 부합하지 않는 것으로 판단될 경우 예약 취소하거나 프로모션 혜택 적용을 거절할 권리를 보유합니다.
영문판 유의사항 (영문 약관 적용)
The Mulia & Mulia Villas – Nusa Dua, Bali Terms and Conditions:
- Eligibility: Offer is valid exclusively for bookings made with a valid personal or corporate American Express® Green, Gold, or The Platinum Card® issued in your name (“Eligible Card”). This includes cards issued in South Korea through Samsung, Hyundai, or Lotte. The Eligible Card must be presented upon check-in and check-out, and the entire stay must be paid in full using the same card. Failure to present and use an Eligible Card will result in charges at the standard prevailing rate.
- The booking and stay period is valid until 31 December 2026 (inclusive).
- Availability and Blackout Dates: Offer is subject to room availability. Preferred dates of stay are not guaranteed and are at the sole discretion of the property.
- Advance Booking Requirement: Offer is only valid for advance reservations made at least 7 (seven) days prior to arrival via the dedicated offer page at https://www.themulia.com/amex-premier-privileges. Bookings made through other channels or walk-ins will not be eligible for this promotion.
- Reservation Policy: Cancellation, modification, and no-show penalties will be subject to the standard hotel policies applicable at the time of booking. Please consult the hotel directly for the most accurate and updated information.
- Offer Fulfilment: This promotion is administered solely by The Mulia & Mulia Villas – Nusa Dua, Bali (“Merchant”). All bookings and services are subject to the Merchant’s terms and conditions. American Express is not the provider of the offer and assumes no responsibility for its fulfilment.
- Non-Transferable & No Cash Value: The offer is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash or credit, and cannot be combined with other promotions, packages, negotiated rates, group bookings, or loyalty benefits.
- General: The Merchant and/or American Express reserve the right to cancel any booking or deny the promotional benefit if it is determined that the promotion is being abused or used in a manner inconsistent with these terms.
- In the event of any inconsistency between the English and non-English language versions, the English language version shall prevail.
