On Friday, 20 June 2025, from 9 PM onwards, CJ’s Bar will host an exciting pop-up event featuring Anthony Kalpachidis from Line Athens (ranked #6 in the World’s 50 Best Bars 2024).

Set in a former art gallery, Line Athens is known for redefining craft bartending by creating many ingredients on site through seasonal fermentations. The drinks menu highlights this innovative approach with unique, seasonal flavours.
