Is the Mulia Gift Card digital or physical?
Mulia Gift Cards are physical cards. We do not offer digital or e-gift cards. Collection must be arranged with our Food and Beverage team at the respective property, either Bali or Jakarta, based on the details provided in your order confirmation email.

Where can Mulia Gift Cards be redeemed?
Gift cards are redeemable only at the property of purchase:
Mulia Bali Gift Cards are valid exclusively at The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas – Nusa Dua, Bali.Hotel Mulia Senayan, Jakarta Gift Cards are valid only in Jakarta.
Gift cards may be used at participating outlets, including restaurants, bars, and in-room dining, subject to the specific gift card terms.
Do Mulia Gift Cards have an expiry date?
Yes. All Mulia Gift Cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance, unless stated otherwise.
Mulia Bali Gift Card Extravaganza is valid for six (6) months from the date of issuance and is not extendable.
How do I purchase and gift a Mulia Gift Card?
Gift cards can be purchased online via the official Mulia website for each property. Please note that all gift cards are physical cards and must be collected in person. Digital delivery is not available.
Do you offer delivery for cakes, bread, or hampers?
We currently offer self-collection only for cakes, bread, and hampers.
