By the middle of the year, we often notice a subtle change in the way guests arrive.

Some guests arrive eager to move—beginning their mornings with a workout, a game of tennis, or greeting the sunrise with yoga during their wellness holiday in Bali.

Over the years, we've come to realise that neither approach is more meaningful than the other.

We've learned that wellness rarely follows a set routine, nor does it arrive at the same pace for everyone.

Perhaps that's why Wellness Unbound was never built around a single definition of wellbeing.
