Airport Information

  • Passport Validity

    As per the Indonesian government regulations and for your travel convenience, please ensure that your passport has a minimum validity of six (6) months before the expiry date upon entering / exiting Indonesia.

  • Visa on Arrival

    Visitors from eligible countries can apply for e-Visa on Arrival online on https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id/. When prompted, please find below the address of The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas – Nusa Dua, Bali.

  • Arrival, Health & Customs Declaration – Digital Card

    To ensure a smooth and seamless arrival in Indonesia, all international travellers are now required to complete an integrated digital arrival card through the official All Indonesia platform: allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id

    This all-in-one online form includes:
    •Arrival (Immigration) Card
    •Health Declaration
    •Customs Declaration

    We recommend completing the form prior to departure. Once submitted, a QR code will be generated – please have this ready for inspection upon arrival at the airport.

    • This process does not replace any visa requirements. Travellers must still confirm whether a Visa on Arrival or pre-arranged visa is required for entry. For the latest visa information, please consult the nearest Indonesian Embassy, Consulate, or visit evisa.imigrasi.go.id.

  • Tourism Levy

    Starting February 2024, a mandatory International Tourism Levy of IDR 150,000 per person will apply to all tourists entering Bali. We recommend paying in advance via the “Love Bali” app or https://lovebali.baliprov.go.id/ to avoid waiting at the payment counter. Proof of payment will be checked upon arrival or departure.
