The Cafe: Showcasing a diverse range of international cuisine, with a premium seafood bar offering freshly shucked oysters, Alaskan crab legs, marinated mussels, and chilled prawns. Global favourites span Middle Eastern mezze, Asian stir-fries, Western-style roasts, and authentic Indonesian dishes. The dessert counter tempts with French pastries, artisanal gelato, and tropical sweets.

Edogin: Highlights include expertly prepared sushi and sashimi featuring fresh seafood, live teppanyaki grills searing prawns, scallops, and fish fillets, and crisp tempura served with dipping sauces. Ramen with seafood toppings, hot pots, and delicate Japanese desserts such as mochi and matcha-infused treats round out the offering.
