特典のご利用について
- 対象条件： 本オファーは、日本で発行され、ご予約者ご本人名義の有効なAmerican Express®カード（以下「対象カード」）を使用してご予約いただいた場合に限り適用されます。チェックインおよびチェックアウトの際には、同一の対象カードをご提示いただき、ご滞在料金の全額を当該カードにてお支払いいただく必要があります。対象カードをご提示いただけない場合、ご予約名義とカード名義が一致しない場合、または対象カードによるお支払いが確認できない場合は、当日の通常料金が適用されます。
- ウェルネスプログラムは、ご滞在につき1回、専属インストラクターによる1時間のヨガ（ハタまたはヴィンヤサ）または1時間のパーソナルトレーニング（いずれも2名様まで）よりお選びいただけます。

Terms & Conditions
The Mulia & Mulia Villas – Nusa Dua, Bali Terms and Conditions:
- Eligibility: This offer is valid exclusively for reservations made using a valid American Express® Card issued in Japan and registered in the name of the guest making the booking ("Eligible Card"). The same Eligible Card must be presented at both check-in and check-out, and the full cost of the stay must be paid using that card. If the Eligible Card cannot be presented, does not match the reservation name, or is not used for payment, the reservation will be charged at the prevailing standard rate.
- Validity Period: This offer is available for bookings made until 31 December 2026 and is valid for stays completed by 30 September 2027, subject to availability and applicable blackout dates.
- Availability and Blackout Dates: Offer is subject to room availability. Preferred dates of stay are not guaranteed and are at the sole discretion of the property.
- Advance Booking Requirement: The offer is valid only for reservations made at least 7 (seven) days prior to arrival through direct booking channels (email or phone) or via the dedicated offer page at https://www.themulia.com/jp/amex-premier-privileges. When booking through our direct channels, please inform our team that you wish to book under the “American Express Campaign”. Bookings made through other channels or walk-ins are not eligible for this promotion.
- Reservation Policy: Cancellation, modification, and no-show penalties will be subject to the standard hotel policies applicable at the time of booking. Please consult the hotel directly for the most accurate and updated information.
- Each Stay 3 Pay 2 package constitutes a separate booking block. Any early departure after check-in forfeits any remaining paid nights in that block.
- Offer Fulfilment: This promotion is administered solely by The Mulia & Mulia Villas – Nusa Dua, Bali (“Merchant”). All bookings and services are subject to the Merchant’s terms and conditions. American Express is not the provider of the offer and assumes no responsibility for its fulfilment.
- Non-Transferable & No Cash Value: The offer is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash or credit, and cannot be combined with other promotions, packages, negotiated rates, group bookings, or loyalty benefits.
- General: The Merchant and/or American Express reserve the right to cancel any booking or deny the promotional benefit if it is determined that the promotion is being abused or used in a manner inconsistent with these terms.
- In the event of any inconsistency between the English and non-English language versions, the English language version shall prevail.
