We highly value the endless support you have extend to us, be it with accommodation, dining, spa or events at our hotel/resort; and also the trust you have put in us for your future travel plans or events.
 
In the current climate of uncertainty surrounding travel, we would like to ensure you that the safety, security, comfort and well-being of our guests as well as our staff is of paramount importance as always.
 
With COVID-19 becoming a Public Health Emergency of International Concern, we would like to convey our deepest sympathies to all people and countries that are being affected by this unprecedented event, and Indonesians who have been confirmed positive with COVID-19 in the country. A great amount of appreciation and respect also goes to those who are on the front line working endlessly to contain this situation.
 

BOOKING POLICY


In this uncertain time, we are striving to make our best effort in regularly adjusting and adapting our policy to provide you with peace of mind; following the rapidly changing global condition, which has significantly impacted travel plans. Please rest-assured that we will endeavor to provide all our guests much needed convenience such as, but not limited to modification of traveling periods as well as waiving high season surcharges so that you may book and travel with ease.

We understand that every one of our guests‘ condition might be different, thus our reservation agents are here, ready to help you with your situation. HOW WE KEEP YOU SAFE


As part of our commitment to ensure your safety, security, comfort and well-being, as well as our staff, we wish to assure you that Hotel Mulia Senayan, Jakarta / Mulia Bali continues to closely monitor the development of the situation and has taken precautionary steps adhering to the recommendations of World Health Organization and the local health officials. These include, but are not limited to, the following steps:
 
  • All employees are reminded through multiple channels to wash their hands often, including in the daily briefing, posting signage in all key employee areas, and providing additional hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the hotels back and front area.
  • Ensuring a high sanitary level in all areas of the resort by increasing the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing of all common public areas.
  • Providing hand sanitizers in all public areas for guests as well as staff members across the hotel in high visibility as well as high traffic areas.
  • Educating and reinforcing training to all staff members with information on COVID-19 and the importance of good hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Closely monitoring the health conditions of our guests and staff members by encouraging everyone to be vigilant.
  • Reporting any suspicious cases or other necessary actions in compliance with the government instruction/advisory in response to the current COVID-19 situation.
  • Safe food practices as recommended by WHO.
  • All international business travel to areas with higher infection rates is suspended. And, if any of our employees travel to those areas for personal reasons, they will be required to stay home for two weeks upon their return.
  • If an employee appears to be suffering from flu-like symptoms, they will be asked to promptly seek medical attention and to remain at home until they are free of symptoms.
  • We are encouraging guests who are ill to seek medical attention and to avoid public exposure as much as possible. We have also established protocols to help guests get the medical attention they may need. We are using sanitizing procedures in hotel rooms where guests who become ill are staying.
