WHAT WE DO TO KEEP YOU SAFE

Mulia understands that Health-Safety-Security (well-being) are the three most important factors, and the main emphasis is on the new stringent - Mulia Safety and Sanitation protocols.

We implement strict regulations and train our staff in good hygiene and cleanliness. Periodic cleaning and disinfecting are conducted regularly throughout the property. The above includes, but is not limited to, high touch point areas such as guest rooms, elevators, door handles, railings, restaurants and kitchens. Our team uses international standard disinfectants to maintain high-quality sanitation and implements the use of Electrostatic Machines with high-intensity disinfection whenever required.

Mulia is committed to providing the best experience to all guests by always welcoming world travellers and diners to our resort/hotel with distinguished and warm hospitality. All guests will still experience the same impeccable service and world-class products that you can expect from Mulia.
 

STAY WITH COMFORT

Mulia’s staff has to wear masks at all times with a strict practice of self-hygiene. Implementation of safe distancing in public areas is also in place, including protective screens on information/service desks. Guests can use sanitised stationary upon registration. Hand sanitisers would be something guests will conveniently find across the resort with high visibility, including an adaption of a minimum touch approach wherever possible during the stay experience.
 

A REFRESHING EXPERIENCE WITH WELLNESS IN MIND

Mulia will also extend an enriched program and menus focusing on wellness and immune-boosting to promote a healthy body, mind and spirit. Mulia’s state-of-the-art gym will apply social distancing in all programs. We also conduct daily deep cleaning on all equipment usage and sanitation with medical grade disinfecting solution containing 70% alcohol. The outdoor fitness program will be encouraged with great options for a safer and more fun exercise experience. Frequent tests on pools and tubs ensure they meet safety standards and acceptable chlorine levels for adequate disinfection to eliminate the virus.  


 

DINE WITH EASE

All our restaurants adhere to strict guidelines adapting to the new normal by regularly disinfecting all restaurant areas, including tables and chairs, after each meal. We also implement safe food practices as recommended, including installing panes over buffet lines and adapting our food service accordingly.
 

PEACE OF MIND

Mulia partners with internationally qualified suppliers and works closely with trusted hospitals and medical support. We comply with the WHO advisory regarding the current COVID-19 situation.
 
If an employee appears to be suffering from flu-like symptoms, they shall promptly seek medical attention and remain home until they are free of symptoms. We continuously encourage guests who are unwell to seek medical attention and to avoid public exposure as much as possible. Protocols are in place to help guests get the medical attention they may need, and high sanitation procedures in hotel rooms where guests who become ill are staying.
 
 As the New Normal continues to develop, Mulia is committed to constantly adapting and implementing new and available technology or systems to ensure a safe environment for all staff and guests.
