Celebration of Tradition – Mulia Mooncakes

Published on 05 August 2019 in Dining

The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas – Nusa Dua, Bali and Hotel Mulia Senayan, Jakarta are proud to bring back the signature Mulia Mooncakes. Available at Table8, these delicious delicacies will make a perfect gift for family, friends and business colleagues or as a personal treat to accompany your afternoon tea.

Traditionally the mooncake is consumed during the “Mid-Autumn Festival”, the harvest festival celebrated in China and Vietnam. The mooncake has a layer of pastry with a rich thick filling made from red bean or lotus seed paste with a single or more salted egg yolk in the middle that symbolizes the full moon. Imprinted on top of the mooncake, the Chinese characters for “longevity” or “harmony” serve as best wishes for the recipient.

Mulia Mooncakes will be available as an individual cake or a pack of four and six cakes in an exclusive gift box. Guests can choose from the variety of flavours including the white lotus paste, red lotus paste, red bean paste, black sesame paste and more. The cakes are available for order from 22 July to 13 September 2019, exclusively at Table8 – Mulia Bali and Mulia Jakarta

Celebrate tradition with Mulia.
